Comfortable, convenient for Channel Tunnel, economical
rather poor breakfast. I had asked for a ground floor room when making the reservation through you. The reservation document confirms that. But the staff told me that had I requested a ground floor room I would have been given one but when we arrived all the downstairs rooms had been allocated

I liked the quiet location. I found the bedroom was cosy and has a nice view of the Kent countryside. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The evening meal and breakfast was good. I'll probably go back again, because I enjoyed my stay and the hotel is a good base for visiting the local area.
The en-suite bathroom was a bit shabby, and the shaver light wasn't working.

We found no difficulties in finding the hotel which is situated in a rural area very close to the m20. We were welcomed in a very friendly manner and although our room was not ready we were allowed to leave our cases in the room. We checked in before the official checking in time as we were using the base for attending the British Open Golf at Sandwich. On our return to the hotel at approx 9-00pm we enquired if the restaurant was still open in order that we could have a meal. It was immediately confirmed that we could dine and we ordered drinks which were served to our table together with the menu. We found the meals excellent value including breakfast but would mention that they are charged as an extra. The room was clean and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for its situation, cleanliness as well as friendliness of the staff.

Great value and located in a charming, larger village. the hotel is conveniently situated near central areas and popular attractions like Dover and Folkestone when coming from the North. Plus, there's a cozy pub right next door 🍻.

Fine hotel! Excellent value for the price. Perfect place in the midst of nature, close to Ashford. Peace and quiet. Nice staff. Very friendly and helpfull. Perfect spot!
OK English cleanliness is not the same standard as Dutch cleanliness, but taken that in account, for English standards it is sufficient.

Holiday Inn was very welcoming, and very friendly , very comfortable, and beautiful rooms we as a family had three booked and all our rooms were very clean and lovely rooms with all the facilities we needed , its a shame we were only there for one night , as we went to a family party , would loved to have spent a bit more time to make use of our beautiful room , we came down for breakfast in the morning to be greeted with great hospitality, and a great English breakfast , Thank you all for your personal touches, we would love to stay at the holiday Inn again sometime .

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We had an excellent breakfast where nothing was too much. There were only two main staff members but they gave a very good level of service. Would recommend to others.
Slight leak in bedroom ceiling when raining heavily. Reported to owner.
